Dispatch Times:

We will always endeavour to complete orders in the swiftest possible time, however there may be additional backlogs at peak times such as Christmas.

Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Shipping Prices:

Shipping Class A is for small items like a book, greetings cards, weighing under 1 kg.

Shipping Class B is for medium items up to 100 cm x 100cm and weighing under 2kgs. (Most of our Gicée Prints fall under this Shipping Class)

Shipping Class C is for larger items such as Original Paintings and their protective crating. Shipping is currently FREE to all UK customers where the combined single delivery order is over £50.

For customers in the UK, each class has a price for the first item you buy from that class and a second, lower price for additional purchases from the same class. This allows us to more accurately calculate shipping costs and to combine your items into one parcel, where possible. At present there is a flat rate for international customers.

When you checkout, your postage costs will be calculated after you fill in your billing address. You will then be able to review your order with the shipping costs included and either cancel your purchase or continue to PayPal. Shipping rates by class and zone (subject to change)

Delivery Times & Information:

Parcels dispatched to addresses within the United Kingdom will be sent via our nominated carrier with recorded delivery. This means we obtain proof from them that we have dispatched your parcel. It also means that your parcel must be signed for upon delivery. Recorded Delivery offers greater peace of mind when ordering and is helpful in the event that a parcel goes missing in transit.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives and there is no-one else to sign for it you should be able to collect your parcel from your local  sorting office. It is usual for the carrier to leave a card with details allowing you to claim your parcel. Packages sent via our carriers usually arrive within 1-2 working days of being dispatched by us. Sometimes there are delays however, so please allow up to 5 days for your parcel to arrive.

Please be advised that once we have dispatched your order it is entirely in the hands of our carriers and we cannot control the time it takes to get to you.

Parcels delivered to European countries will be sent via our nominated carrier. Once we have dispatched your parcel it usually takes 4-5 days to reach Europe. Please be advised that once we have dispatched your order it is entirely in the hands of our carrier and we cannot control the time it takes to get to you. Parcels may take longer to arrive in bad weather or at peak times such as Christmas.

Parcels dispatched to the rest of the world will be sent via our nominated carrier. They estimate parcels will arrive in their destination country after 7-8 days, however please allow around 2-3 weeks for the package to arrive at your home. Parcels going to the USA are often delayed by US Customs upon arriving in the States, so please be aware of this. It is the customers responsibility to pay all duties, taxes and customs charges relating to their parcel.

It is also the buyers responsibility to ensure that any products ordered comply with your country’s customs regulations. We cannot mark items as gifts for customs purposes, as it is illegal to do so. Please be advised that once we have dispatched your order it is entirely in the hands of carrier and we cannot control the time it takes to get to you.
